Agrighar Services Pvt Ltd is a social enterprise registered in 2019 that promotes rurban entrepreneurship/employment in agriculture and allied sectors, specifically for youth/women/farmers & FPOs. The main aim of this social enterprise is not only to facilitate various untapped potential opportunities available in rural areas but also to minimize the migration of the rural population to urban areas in search of employment.

Mission

Agrighar aims to be a one-stop platform for promoting rural livelihoods through entrepreneurship/employment generation activities related to Agriculture and Allied Sectors and SCALE up the rural economy of India.

To embark on the journey towards transformation in Agriculture using digital & technology interventions to achieve one lakh rural livelihoods in Agriculture and Allied Sectors in a decades journey.

The main objective of Agrighar is to foster and promote rural & urban livelihoods by promoting entrepreneurship/employment. Agrighar addresses unemployment by imparting on-job hands-on training to the rural population by concentrating on multiple opportunities available in agriculture and allied sectors and providing end-to-end support services, viz, from procurement of commodities to marketing of value-added products, thereby encouraging them to become entrepreneurs in their localities.

The Goals Agrighar has Accomplished

Integrated Skill Training Centres: Agrighar operates integrated training and manufacturing facilities in Dandumalkapur, Telangana, where they conduct hands-on training programs on multi-food processing units like Dal, Millet, Solar Dehydration, Cold storage, Cold pressed oils & Rice, Impact Pulverizers for value addition

Skill Development: Agrighar has provided practical training to over 200+ women farmers, enabling them to establish more than 10+ enterprises, thereby promoting environmental sustainability and women's empowerment.

Entrepreneurship Support: Through a lot of initiatives, Agrighar has connected rural farmers with urban consumers, offering guidance on market access and financial support through Government schemes, fostering sustainable agriculture and rural entrepreneurship.

International Exposure: The company hosted a 38-member high-level delegation from 26 countries, organized by ICRISAT, focusing on sustainable agriculture, rural livelihoods, and food processing, showcasing their commitment to global rural development.
