Format 1 :-
EBO- (Exclusive Brand Outlet)
For this :
1. Deposit amnt is minimum 10 lakh to 12 lakh
Space required (500 to 750)
(Stock is 14 lakh to 16 lakh)
2. Profit margin is 35%
3. One staff will be provided from the company( staff salary paid by company)
4. Incentive plan 1,2 & 3% as per the sale increases.
Format 2 :-
MBO ( Multiple brand outlet)
For this:-
1. Deposit of 1.5 lakh (stock of 2.25 lakh)
2 . Profit margin is 30%
3. If sale is increases more than 1 lakh then extra 5% margin
4. If sale more than 2 lakh company will provide 1 staff. ( salary paid by company)
Format 3 :-
GT ( Distributorship)
1. Diposit of 10 lakh
( stock 12 Lakh)
2. Yearly 9% interest will be provided from company on the deposits amount.
3. One staff by company
(staff salary paid by company)
4. Extra incentive plan 2%, 3 & 4%.
5. More incentive plan is also if sales increases More than 10 lakh monthly.

C] Door delivery & Freight will be paid by US
D] Margin is 12% +3% +1% =16%
E] Margins are based on your purchase value.

G] Geographical locations need to be well defined in Distributorship agreement.
