   • 100% Payment in Advance: Full payment must be made prior to dispatch. This ensures a seamless transaction and efficient logistics.

   • No Returns Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the goods are dispatched. We maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring the products meet your expectations before shipment.

2. Investment Requirements:

   • A minimum initial investment of ₹ 5 Lakhs is required. This amount covers the first stock order, promotional materials, and other initial setup costs.

3. Required Space:

   • Distributors must have a dedicated storage space that can accommodate a minimum of 250- 350 SQFT. The space must adhere to proper storage conditions to maintain product quality, particularly for our Low GI and medicinal rice varieties.

4. Commitment to Quality:

   • Distributors are expected to uphold the high standards that Gatti Agro Foods is known for. This includes proper product handling, following the specified storage conditions, and ensuring timely distribution.

5. Marketing and Promotion:

   • While Gatti Agro Foods will provide Social media promotional support, distributors are encouraged to invest in local marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and drive sales in their respective territories.

6. Territory Exclusivity:

   • Distributors may be granted territorial exclusivity, subject to agreement terms. This allows them to operate without competition from other distributors within a defined geographical area, ensuring better market penetration.

7. Sales Targets:

   • Quarterly sales targets will be set, and distributors are expected to meet these to retain their distributor status. Failure to meet the targets may result in a review of the distribution agreement.

8. Support from Gatti Agro Foods:

   • As a distributor, you will receive ongoing support, including product training, marketing strategies, and updates on new product launches.

Additional Considerations:
